Authenticity Guarantee

Every NOAVVO order is authenticity-guaranteed. If any product purchased from NOAVVO is ever found to be inauthentic, we refund you in full and cover the cost of the return. This guarantee applies to every item in our store — without exception.

NOAVVO is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the specific designer brands we sell. All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We provide this guarantee because we stand behind every item we ship as a fully accountable retailer in our own right.

What this guarantee covers

  • Every product sold on noavvo.com, across every brand and category
  • Every order, regardless of price or size
  • Every customer, in every country we ship to
  • For 30 days from the date of delivery

We do not exclude items from this guarantee. If we sold it, this protection applies.

How to use the guarantee

If you have a concern about an item you received, you have two paths. Choose whichever you prefer.

Option 1 — Return for a full refund within 30 days

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you doubt its authenticity. No proof required. No third-party report needed. No questions asked. We accept the return and refund the order in full.

Option 2 — Independent third-party authentication at our expense

If you would prefer to have the item independently authenticated before deciding, we will cover the full cost of authentication through one of three industry-recognised services:

  • Entrupy — AI-powered authentication used by major resellers and marketplaces worldwide
  • Authenticate First — manual expert verification by trained authenticators
  • Real Authentication — luxury-focused authentication, specialising in handbags, shoes, and accessories

If the independent authenticator raises any concern, we:

  1. Refund the order in full
  2. Cover the cost of the authentication
  3. Cover the cost of the return shipment

What happens after a claim

For a 30-day refund (Option 1)

  1. Email us at support@noavvo.com with your order number and a brief note
  2. We send a prepaid return label within one business day
  3. You return the item in its original packaging
  4. We refund in full within 7 business days of receipt

For independent authentication (Option 2)

  1. Email us at support@noavvo.com with your order number and chosen authenticator
  2. We send a prepaid shipping label to the authenticator's address
  3. The authenticator reviews the item and provides a written report
  4. If any concern is identified, we refund in full immediately and cover all costs

Our quality standard

Beyond authenticity, every item shipped from NOAVVO is inspected for condition, presentation, original packaging, tags, and dust bags before dispatch. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods and a clear standard for what we will and will not ship.

If you receive an item that does not meet this standard — whether the question is about authenticity, condition, or completeness — our team will resolve it directly.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights under:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU

Nothing in our authenticity guarantee limits your statutory rights to a refund, replacement, or repair under applicable consumer law.

Common questions

What if the item arrives damaged or in poor condition?
Damage and condition issues are covered under our standard Return & Refund Policy, separate from this authenticity guarantee.

What if I am outside the 30-day window?
Your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law continue to apply. Contact us — we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Do I need to keep tags, dust bags, and original packaging?
For authenticity returns, original tags, dust bags, and packaging should be retained. For independent authentication, the authenticator will need to inspect the complete item including original packaging.

What if I am just unsure whether something is authentic?
Use the guarantee. That is exactly what it is for. If you have doubts, return the item or request independent authentication — no proof required.

Does this guarantee apply to sale items and gifts?
Yes. Every order is covered, including discounted items, promotional purchases, and gifts.
