RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At NOAVVO, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your parcel is delivered.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In original, unused, and unworn condition
- With all original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories intact
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Used, worn, or altered items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please sign in to your NOAVVO customer account or contact us at support@noavvo.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from NOAVVO. Returns must be sent to the correct return address provided for your order.

For high-value designer items, returns must be sent using a tracked courier service such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. Returns sent to an incorrect address, or without active tracking, may be refused or delayed.

RETURN SHIPPING

All returns must be shipped using a secure, fully tracked courier service. We highly recommend using DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Returns sent via untracked standard postal services (Royal Mail, USPS, Poste Italiane, etc.) without tracking cannot be processed, as NOAVVO is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

RETURN ADDRESSES

Our designer pieces are dispatched from authorised warehouses across Italy, Sweden, Spain, Germany, the United States, and Northern Ireland. Each return must be shipped to the same warehouse the item was originally dispatched from. Please contact customer care to receive the exact designated return address for your specific item.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos showing:

- The product tag
- The item itself
- The defect or issue

Once verified, we will provide a free return label and process a full refund (including return shipping) once the item is received and inspected.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or style, please:

1. Place a new order for the desired item
2. Submit a return request for the original order
3. Once received and approved, we'll refund the original purchase

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt and approval. Please note that, depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

REFUND AMOUNTS

The refund will cover the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a NOAVVO error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international returns, any customs duties or import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable through NOAVVO. You may be able to recover these directly through your local customs authority.

UNCOLLECTED OR REFUSED PARCELS 

If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's hold period, or is refused upon delivery, it will be returned to the warehouse at the customer's expense. A return shipping fee of £40 will be deducted from any refund issued.

LATE RETURNS

Returns shipped back after the 14-day return period will not be accepted. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to their address.
