SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed at NOAVVO can be delivered Monday to Friday. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the service selected, the item location, and the delivery destination. Available delivery options for your location will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is not available.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM UK time will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELIVERY AND SIGNATURE

NOAVVO orders are shipped via trusted tracked couriers, which may include DHL, FedEx, UPS or another tracked delivery partner.

All parcels are fully tracked, and tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

For some deliveries, you may have the option to request or manage signature delivery directly through the courier’s tracking notification once your parcel is in transit.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may, at their discretion:

- Attempt redelivery
- Redirect the parcel to a designated collection point
- Hold the parcel at a nearby depot for collection

Please follow the courier tracking updates carefully to avoid missed or uncollected deliveries.

The specific courier used will depend on the delivery destination, item location and warehouse availability.

MULTIPLE WAREHOUSE SHIPMENTS

NOAVVO works with trusted luxury distribution partners, supplier warehouses, licensees and authorised supplier networks. Depending on the item, orders may be dispatched from the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, or another supplier warehouse location.

If your order contains items from more than one location, you may receive separate parcels, each with its own tracking number, at no additional shipping cost to you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Shipping charges are displayed clearly before final payment.

Some NOAVVO orders may be dispatched from supplier warehouses outside the customer’s delivery country. Where an item is shipped internationally, import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees or courier handling fees may apply.

Unless these charges are specifically collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested by the courier or local customs authority before delivery.

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom from outside the UK, shipments are generally handled under DAP — Delivered at Place — terms. This means any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees or courier clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer receiving the goods.

NOAVVO cannot control customs charges, customs clearance delays or fees imposed by local authorities or couriers.

RESTRICTED COUNTRIES

We are currently unable to ship to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. We apologise for any inconvenience.

MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@noavvo.com as soon as possible, and within 14 days of dispatch, so we can investigate with the courier.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, stock movement between supplier warehouses, weather disruptions, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is delayed, returned, refused, uncollected, or cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

Any additional courier, redelivery, return, or recovery costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law. We will always review the situation fairly before applying any deduction.
